Master Resell Rights (MRR) and Private Label Rights (PLR) Disclaimer for Make Money With Robbie digital guides.
This document outlines the terms and conditions under which Make Money With Robbie digital guides grant either Master Resell Rights (MRR) or Private Label Rights (PLR) to purchasers of the digital guides.
1. Grant of Rights: Upon purchase, the buyer is granted non-exclusive and transferable with MRR or non-transferable with PLR to Make Money With Robbie digital guides. This includes the right to re-brand, modify, and resell the guide under their own name or brand.
2. Modifications and Rebranding: Purchasers can modify the content and rebrand the guide. This includes changing the title, cover, and graphics and altering or adding content.
3. Resale Terms: To maintain the quality and value of the guides, purchasers are prohibited from selling the guides at unfairly low prices. This is to prevent market saturation and devaluation of the product. You may add the guides to a bundle of other templates.
4. Prohibited Uses: The guides, or any part of them, must not be offered in any illegal or unethical manner, including, but not limited to, spamming, infringing on any third party's intellectual property rights, or violating any state or federal laws. With MRR, purchasers may claim copyright or exclusive ownership of the original guides or any modified versions. With PLR, purchasers may not claim copyright or exclusive ownership of the original guides or any modified versions.
5. Transfer of Rights: Purchasers are only permitted to transfer, sell, or give away their MRR rights to another individual or entity for products marked as MRR. Purchasers are not permitted to transfer, sell, or give away their PLR rights to another individual or entity for products marked as PLR.
6. Limitation of Liability: That Make Money With Robbie shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the guide or its content.
7. Acknowledgment of Terms: By purchasing this guide with either MRR or PLR, the buyer acknowledges, agrees, and is bound by the terms and conditions stated herein.
